The management of the Big Bend 50 event provide course design, race directing, aid, medical aid, HAM radio support, timing/results, and web production of all events. ORM is staffed by experienced distance runners, multi-stage athletes, journalists, and videographers.
Our experience is in managing events to raise funds for public and private entities focusing primarily on trail running endurance events.
As part of managing races and events we collect participant information as part of the event registration process, such as name, contact information, gender, age, and so on. This information may be used to provide event information to our participants through email as well as to use some of the information in the Race Timing system.
We take privacy very seriously.

• We do not sell or give user information except as required to manage the event.
We use a third party sales and registration application to support our races and events. Specifics of their privacy policy can be found at the bottom of our event registration pages.
