Training Schedule Prepared by Amanda McIntosh
2005 World Master’s 100K Champion

World champion athlete and personal trainer Amanda McIntosh has prepared a training schedule for those running the 50K.

Amanda was the women’s champion in the first Big Bend 50, which was 50-miles. That’s her to the left after her finish.

Currently, she is coaching runners of all levels, specializing in training to obtain qualifying times.

She also offers personal training and coaching for general fitness including running of all distances from the track to trail ultra marathons. Training of athletes from 15 to 85 years of age.

She works with group conditioning clinics, classes and conditioning camps. Amanda also is available for lectures and seminars on sport specific training, conditioning, and nutrition.
